Frequently asked questions
Do club members have priority over slots?
Yes, systematically. Only slots that are actually available, once the needs of club members have been covered, are offered to the Anybuddy community.
Do we need to modify the statutes of the association to use Anybuddy?
In general no, but it depends on the corporate purpose and tax regime specific to your association. Our teams can guide you, but we recommend that you check this with your office or accountant before starting.
Should the association charge VAT on revenue generated via Anybuddy?
This depends on the tax regime of your association (basic franchise, regime of ancillary lucrative activities, etc.). Anybuddy cannot replace tax advice: we recommend that you validate this point with your accountant.
Does the committee or office retain control of the slots?
Yes. Your association maintains complete control of the slots open, the prices applied and the reservation conditions offered to external players.
Should I open a Stripe account for the association?
A Stripe Connect account is required to directly receive generated revenue. Its opening is managed by Anybuddy and meets regulatory obligations (KYC), with the SIREN or RNA number of the association.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, PCI DSS certified. No banking data is stored by Anybuddy.
Is the solution GDPR compliant?
Yes. Anybuddy acts as a processor of reservation-related processing. A subcontracting contract (DPA) can be signed with your association.
Do we need to change our equipment access control system?
No. If you already have a system (badges, digital codes, connected locks, etc.), we adapt to your installation. If no system is in place, we can support you in deploying a stand-alone solution.
Who manages support for players who book through Anybuddy?
Anybuddy handles all requests related to external reservations: pre-reservation questions, payments, access-related assistance. Your volunteers stay focused on your club members.
