I play (or used to) quite regularly here as it’s the nearest to my apartment. Staff isn’t the friendliest, I remember two occasions where I called and asked for help and they weren’t helpful at all. One time I asked if I could exceptionally change the date of my booking for two weeks ahead because I hurt my foot (so obviously wasn’t able to play or within the next week) and that wasn’t doable. I know rules are rules but I’ve been so many times I was really disappointed they couldn’t change one time because of injury. Another time I called because I accidentally left my gold rings on the side and just wanted someone to check they were there and were able to keep them safe (if still there) while I got there, they said no. So I had to run 20 minutes in 30+ degree heat back to the court to find them, I’m like really? No one could’ve checked? When I arrived, there were at least 2 or 3 members of staff working at the front.. so not one could help? Last bit of feedback is it’s quite hot and humid, so gets quite uncomfortable to play in summer. For the price would be good to get some fans and have better customer service.
