We had some issues getting into the lockbox. Not being familiar with lock boxes, we didn’t realize you would open the box with the code and then get the key out to use to open the door. Maybe would be helpful to mention that once you enter the code, you open the lock box and use the key to open the door. We didn’t understand that.
