How does automatic booking work on Anybuddy?

Do you know when you want to play, but the club hasn't opened its schedule yet? Auto-booking allows you to prepare a request and let Anybuddy attempt the booking when the slot becomes bookable.
Choosing a club and a court
Start by searching for a partner club by name or city. The search does not depend on availability for the day: a schedule that is still closed does not mean that the club will not be able to host your next match.
At your chosen club, select an active court, a date, a start time and a duration. For a padel request, check that the court is for that sport. Alternative times and a similar court at the same club can widen your options if you allow them.
Set a budget before any attempt
Set the maximum court price you accept, then a total limit including fees. These two amounts distinguish the court price from the total amount to pay. The request must stay within the limits you set.
Creating a request does not charge your card. Payment is made at the time of booking according to the applicable conditions. It depends in particular on a usable means of payment; your bank may require additional authentication.
Log in when confirming
You can search for the club and prepare your slot without being logged in. Before validation, Anybuddy asks you to log in or create an account. In the same tab, your entry is kept for one hour to allow you to find your summary.
After logging in, review your request and give your consent to the booking. Logging in alone does not create the request. You use your account directly on Anybuddy, without sharing your login details with another service.
Distinguish between scheduled request and confirmed reservation
Creating the request does not hold a court. Anybuddy attempts the booking when the time slot becomes bookable. It may fail if the court is no longer available, the club’s rules prevent the booking or payment cannot be completed.
Visit the Reservations section of your account to track the results. You can modify or cancel a request as long as its status allows it. After confirmation of a reservation, the club's cancellation conditions apply.
